The Lift Through It Community

Lift through it.Training through Loss,
not around it.

Grief doesn't just live in your head. It lives in your chest, your shoulders, your hips. If it's ever hit you mid-set, or you've cried on the gym floor with strangers around you, this is where you learn to lift through it, not around it.

A private community — people who know exactly what grief mid-set feels like

Weekly live calls — real support with me, every single week

The L.I.F.T. Library — trainings and tools you can return to before any session

Kez, founder of the Lift Through It Community

Why this exists

I'm Kez.

I lost my sister when I was a kid. My dad when I was 15. My mum last year. I know what it's like to carry more than the bar.

I built this because I needed it myself, and because nobody should have to work out how to train through this on their own.

You don't have to keep white-knuckling it. This is where you learn to use your training as a way through, not a way to run from it.

Questions

  • No. It's peer support and a training framework, led by someone who's lived it. If you need clinical support, this sits alongside that, not instead of it.
